Before register your product, please read the warranty conditions. All fields are mandatory.

Brunetti Limited Warranty

Brunetti warrants that the Brunetti product you have purchased shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship.

Brunetti gives a TWO YEARS limited warranty on all electronic products and speaker cabinets from the date of purchase or initial lease, except that Speakers, Cabinets and Handles are warranted for a period of ONE YEAR; Light bulbs, Cables, Tubes, Foot Switches and Reverb units are warranted for a period of THREE MONTHS from date of purchase or initial lease.

Warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, accident or neglect; or damage due to incorrect connection, connection to faulty equipment or connection to faulty or incorrect power supplies; or the serial number on product is defaced, removed or in any other way rendered illegible; or the product has been repaired or serviced by persons not authorized by Brunetti.

The company assumes no liability for property damage of any sort, which may result from the failure of the product. The warranty does not cover any freight damages or damages caused by inadequate packaging or protection. Servicing of Brunetti products under warranty should be arranged through the Brunetti dealer from whom you purchased your product. Your dealer should be the first point of contact when service is required. In case, your dealer will arrange for your product to be returned to Brunetti for servicing.

A copy of the original sales receipt must be enclosed together with fault description.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. Every effort will be made to ensure the fastest possible repair time. Where product is returned to Brunetti under warranty, a warranty claim can not be considered or accepted until the product has first been inspected by the Brunetti service department or an authorised representative of Brunetti.

TRANSPORTATION COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
